Administration of Deceased Estates

The passing of a loved one is a very emotional and traumatic experience. The last thing that one thinks of in the period of mourning is the legal consequences of the death of a loved one and further, the red tape and administration that accompanies same.

At MDP, we strive to assist you during this emotional roller coaster by taking charge of the administration and management of the affairs of the deceased and further, to prepare and lodge documents and reports with the Master of the High Court.

This process entails dealing with all matters of the deceased and placing ourselves in the shoes of the deceased, until such time as the estate has been administered and a final liquidation and distribution account has been approved. We will take over the administration and paperwork so that you can focus on what is most important during this period of mourning, your family and dear friends.
